Ariana Muca

Ariana "boomeranged" back to Maine to pick up the Senior Planner position at MCOG after spending the past several years in Colorado, where she worked as a planner for the City of Aurora managing development review, community engagement, and translating state policy into local code. Ariana is a licensed Landscape Architect (PLA), an AICP-certified planner, and holds a Master of Public Administration and Environmental Planning from the University of Colorado. Born in Bangor and raised in Portland, she is happy to be back in her home state with my husband and daughter. In her role, she partners with Midcoast communities on planning and economic development projects that help them grow while preserving the qualities that make Maine such an amazing place, one that so many people are excited to call home (again).
