- Upcoming Forums/Workshops:

o Housing Forum, July 19th, 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. The Midcoast Council of Governments invites you to a housing forum focused on housing supply and demand issues in our region. Dan Brennan (Executive Director, Maine Housing) and Greg Payne (Senior Advisor, Housing Policy, Governor’s Office of Policy Innovation and Future) are invited to share their understanding of Maine housing issues and their impacts on the Midcoast. The forum will include a presentation from Greg and Jeff Levine (Levine Planning Strategies) on LD2003 and the new housing requirements facing local municipal governments. The forum will be held live in Waldoboro and broadcast via Zoom. You can find the Zoom link, agenda and other pertinent attachments on the front page of our website.
