Rebekah Rose
In her role at the Midcoast Council of Governments, Rebekah focuses on transportation planning and regional coordination across the Midcoast, supporting communities as they plan for more connected, resilient, and accessible futures. Rebekah brings a collaborative, people-first approach to her work, with experience spanning transportation planning, climate policy, and public engagement. Prior to joining MCOG, she worked with Southern Massachusetts planning organizations’ traffic departments, gaining hands-on experience supporting local transportation systems and municipal needs. She looks forward to working alongside municipalities, partners, and residents to build transportation systems that reflect local needs while supporting regional collaboration. Rebekah and her family recently relocated from Massachusetts to Kennebec County at the end of 2025 and are excited to explore all that Maine has to offer.
